The article reveals methodological foundations for integrating physical and mental health in the professional training of future bachelors of physical culture and sports. It is indicated that under current challenges of Ukrainian society, when over 8.5 million Ukrainians are at risk of mental disorders and 70% of the population experiences constant stress, a comprehensive approach to health culture formation among future specialists becomes particularly relevant. It is emphasized that the modern professional training system is characterized by fragmented approaches to health culture formation and insufficient consideration of the relationship between physical and mental health components. Attention is focused on the philosophical understanding of health culture as a complex multidimensional sociocultural phenomenon that implements axiological, epistemological, regulatory, communicative, and adaptive functions. Modern approaches to defining basic research concepts are systematized, and the inseparable relationship between physical and mental health as a methodological foundation for professional training is substantiated. A classification of health-preserving technologies considering the integration of physical and mental health aspects has been developed, creating a practical basis for their implementation in the educational process. It is concluded that theoretical and methodological foundations for integrating physical and mental health in the domestic professional training system are insufficiently developed, necessitating further scientific research toward developing effective methods for implementing an integrated approach to health culture formation among future bachelors of physical culture and sports.
