In the current research, the degree of professional satisafaction and dissatisfaction of secondary school teachers was investigated. The research was carried out in 2019.The employed method was quantitative and the research sample consisted of 189 teachers. In order to assess professional satisfaction there was used the Socratous tool (2010). The scale includes 9 factors: "Student achievement and behaviour", "Counselling", "Salary and Ofiicial working hours" "Professional evolution and development", "Work acknowledgement", "Union movement", "Workload", "Parent and community relations". "Leadership and school climate. The research results showed a strong and positive correlation between the factors of ""School climate and development opportunities" and "School management relations". Finally, it was obvious that the teachers get a great deal of professional satisfaction from the factor "School Management realtions".
