The importance of the economic sustainability of agricultural production in a market economy is significantly increasing. This implies providing both financial and economic opportunities for reproduction, as well as improving the standard and quality of life of the rural population, which is determined not only by income growth, but also by improving the socio-cultural services of the village. Social factors create conditions for the effective and sustainable development of the regional agricultural complex, as well as solving its personnel problems. The article examines the effectiveness of economic sustainability factors and the methodology for calculating its indicator using the example of one of the agricultural enterprises of the Perm Region. The system of criteria showing the stability of all areas of activity of an agricultural enterprise is analyzed, and measures are proposed to increase the level of its economic stability in legal and economic terms.
