The article provides a detailed examination of the efficiency of the personnel development management system in an innovative organization. Particular attention is paid to the concept of integrated human resource management with a focus on innovative activities. The key criteria and indicators used to assess the effectiveness of the personnel development system are analyzed, including indicators of innovative activity, development of competencies, motivation and cultural aspects. The relationship between the innovative orientation of personnel and the strategic goals of the company is substantiated. The role of motivation, corporate culture and effective communications in increasing the involvement and innovative activity of employees is covered in detail. Practical methods for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of personnel systems are presented using high-tech enterprises as an example, which allows identifying growth areas and promptly adapting managemen t decisions.
