This research aims to determine employee responses regarding organizational commitment, work-family conflict, and job satisfaction and turnover intention and knowing the influence of organizational commitment, work-family conflict, and job satisfaction and turnover intention at PT. XYZ. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive and verification. The sample used in the research was 90 employees in distributing the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses an ordinal scale to analyze multiple regression, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Employee responses to organizational commitment are quite high, work-family conflict is high, job satisfaction is quite satisfied and turnover intention is quite high. The research results show that organizational commitment, work-family conflict and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, partially organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention PT.XYZ.
