This research highlights the important role of transformational leadership at Antawirya Elementary School, especially in the dimensions of Idealized Influence, Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation, and Inspirational Motivation. The main findings show that the principal's transformational leadership at Antawirya Elementary School has succeeded in creating a more participatory, innovative and productive school environment. Idealized Influence increases teacher participation and involvement in decision making, while Inspirational Motivation through monthly meetings and awards increases enthusiasm and the number of new student registrants. Intellectual Stimulation encourages innovation by giving teachers the freedom to lead school programs, creating more dynamic and creative performance. Individualized Consideration, through supervision and task reform based on individual abilities, improves performance and uncovers teachers' hidden talents, all of which together improve a school's accreditation. This shows that the application of transformational leadership in elementary schools can provide significant results and support the achievement of higher and sustainable educational goals
