This paper presents a unified musical‑cosmological interpretation of the Honeycomb Unit (HU), a forced 5‑bit geometric decomposition of a regular tetrahedron. The analysis shows how the HU’s integer‑ratio architecture mirrors harmonic structures such as tetrachords and pentatonic scales, and how its local/global role inversion parallels classical yin–yang duality. Two α‑like expressions — the local Honeycomb alpha αH=Vrt/(10ϕ) and the global Honeycomb Lambda Λα=(10−2)/240 — are shown to retain the same numerical value while exchanging internal meaning across scale. This transformation is governed by the golden ratio identity ϕ−1=1/ϕ, which acts as the algebraic mechanism for scale transition. The result is a cross‑domain framework linking geometry, harmonic ratios, and duality transformations within the broader context of The Honeyverse Project. v1
