This work presents a post-event observational assessment of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS following its Jovian encounter on March 16, 2026. The study compares observed morphological and radiative evolution with prior predictions from Structural Plenitude Theory (SPT), introducing a viscoelastic response framework characterized by a finite relaxation timescale. While consistent with classical cometary models, the persistence of residual structures suggests that non-instantaneous coupling effects may be relevant. An order-of-magnitude estimate for the relaxation timescale is provided.
