The BCT Bessel ratio SAR analysis discriminates between meteor impact signatures (circular, high-pressure shock metamorphism, uniform BCT anomaly) and cosmic plasma discharge signatures (fractal, branching Lichtenberg patterns, vitrification without pressure, dendritic BCT anomaly). Discrimination criteria: fractal dimension Df, temporal variance σR, and presence/absence of high-pressure mineral phases. Six candidate sites analysed: Libyan Desert Glass, Carolina Bays, Valles Marineris, Australasian tektites, Göbekli Tepe, Younger Dryas boundary. Prediction #150: BCT SAR discriminates impact from discharge at >3σ confidence. Velikovsky, Thornhill, and Gareth Samuel acknowledged. Zero free parameters.
