Based on Status-Relational Entropy (SRE) Dynamics, this paper provides a unified framework bridging microscopic quantum phenomena and macroscopic interactions. By replacing the conventional notion of independent particles with "causal chains," the theory redefines light as an open-ended Möbius relational topological ribbon emerging from bidirectional information coupling under a unified 0-1 background. This paradigm successfully explains refraction, scattering, quantum entanglement, and atomic steady states as topological restructuring events. Furthermore, gravity and all fundamental cosmic forces are derived as the statistical convergence of microscopic causal interactions under a large order of magnitude. This framework achieves a full-scale logical unification where microscopic randomness naturally emerges as macroscopic determinism.
