In this paper, within the framework of the OCEAN (FUH) model, the concept of the multiphase nature of the vacuum condensate is introduced. Based on the previously established Shlyapik threshold (Ethr = 7.76 keV), the temperature boundaries of the Ocean’s phase transitions are calculated. The existence of a high-temperature ”Lava” phase preceding the superfluid state is substantiated. This allows describing the evolution of the Universe as a process of rheological cooling and crystallization of the medium without invoking the singularity hypothesis.
