The Harmonic Framework of Reality postulates a universal frequency lattice – the Tau lattice – anchored at 27 Hz in our local 3D/4D frame. This paper does not ask the reader to accept the framework a priori. Instead, it presents a collection of independent, peer‑reviewed, multi‑domain measurements that all converge on the same frequency: 27 Hz (or its exact harmonics 27 kHz, 27 MHz, 27 GHz, and the 19:13:4 ratio). Domains include biology (cat purr), geophysics (Schumann resonance), medicine (LIPUS bone healing), acoustics (sonoluminescence), cosmology (galaxy spin bias), particle physics (Koide’s lepton formula), and quantum field theory (Schwinger and Unruh effects). The probability that these independent measurements align by random chance is effectively zero. No other theory explains this consilience. The paper concludes that 27 Hz is a measurable constant of nature, and that the Harmonic Framework – which derives all these phenomena from a single postulate – is therefore empirically grounded. A novel, testable prediction is proposed: a 32‑harmonic comb in Bose–Einstein condensate interference when trap frequencies are multiples of 27 Hz (scaled).
