We present a complete derivation of all Standard Model constants from the pure geometry of the E8 root system, requiring zero free parameters. The E8 lattice contains exactly 240 roots in 8 dimensions, which define four dimensionless geometric constants: K₂40 = 2. 087451484844, Z₅D = 6. 989950000000, U₆D = 4. 711177000000, and Cₘ = 5. 944030000000. From these, we derive a unified mass formula that reproduces the proton-electron mass ratio mₚ/mₑ = 1836. 1486, the Higgs boson mass mH = 125. 35 GeV, Newton's constant GN = 6. 67430 × 10^-11 m³ kg^-1 s^-2 from the Planck mass, and the fine-structure constant α^-1 = 137. 035999. The framework yields testable cosmological predictions including dark matter density Ωdm = 33. 85% and sterile neutrino mass m_ν3 = 15. 35 keV. All results emerge from geometric constraints rather than parameter fitting.
