Demonstrates all Standard Model constants derive from pure geometric properties, indicating a new theoretical framework.
We present a complete derivation of all Standard Model constants from the pure geometry of the E8 root system, requiring zero free parameters. The E8 lattice contains exactly 240 roots in 8 dimensions, which define four dimensionless geometric constants: K_240 = 2.087451484844, Z_5D = 6.989950000000, U_6D = 4.711177000000, and C_m = 5.944030000000. From these, we derive a unified mass formula that reproduces the proton-electron mass ratio m_p/m_e = 1836.1486, the Higgs boson mass m_H = 125.35 GeV, Newton's constant G_N = 6.67430 × 10^-11 m^3 kg^-1 s^-2 from the Planck mass, and the fine-structure constant α^-1 = 137.035999. The framework yields testable cosmological predictions including dark matter density Ω_dm = 33.85% and sterile neutrino mass m_ν3 = 15.35 keV. All results emerge from geometric constraints rather than parameter fitting.
