This document is a prediction-locked preregistration for a two-stage hard-band residual morphology test in PSR J0740+6620, derived from the Space-Gravity Relation Hypothesis (SGH). The preregistration defines the target dataset, baseline model path, primary NICER XTI phase-resolved residual channel, hard-band definition, J0437 empirical reference amplitude, phase-window scan rules, Tier-1 detection criteria, Tier-2 morphology comparison rules, and supportive, neutral, and falsifying outcomes before performing the PSR J0740+6620 target residual analysis. The test is not a generic search for any residual. It specifically predicts that the two-stage hard-band morphology anchored to the regenerated PSR J0437-4715 reference should transform in PSR J0740+6620 into a lower total normalized hard-sector amplitude and/or stronger concentration of the highest residual density into a shorter/narrower phase-time sector. This preregistration does not claim that General Relativity is disproven, that SGH is proven, or that any residual must represent new physics. It defines a falsifiable, pre-analysis morphology prediction relative to a selected GR hotspot expected-count model. The uploaded supporting ZIP archive contains the locked regenerated J0437 reference files used before the J0740 target residual analysis.
