Abstract (English) This paper introduces a theoretical framework in information physics that expands the standard understanding of the periodic table by redefining it as an "Information Crystallization Table". Within this paradigm, chemical elements are characterized not merely by valence interactions, but by a critical structural threshold termed the De-crystallization Value (V₃₂). Beyond this specific energy potential, dense matter undergoes a phase transition, breaking its three-dimensional symmetry to return to the fluid informational substrate of the quantum vacuum, governed by the fundamental rigidity constant T. The manuscript formalizes the universal de-crystallization equation by mapping the interplay between the nuclear quantum resonance frequency, the structural form factor derived from the element's Z-Matrix (ₓ₀ₔ (Z) ), and vacuum rigidity. A comparative group analysis maps the structural melting hierarchy—ranging from the "soft" crystallization of light elements to the critical stabilization nodes of actinides. Ultimately, the paper outlines the practical deployment of the Z-Matrix as a multi-matrix navigation chart, designed to trigger synchronous phase transitions in complex atomic systems while neutralizing environmental thermal noise. Résumé (Français) Ce travail introduit un paradigme de physique théorique et d'ingénierie de l'information qui redéfinit le tableau périodique des éléments comme une « Table de Cristallisation de l'Information ». Dans ce cadre, chaque atome n'est plus simplement caractérisé par des propriétés chimiques de valence, mais par un seuil critique d'intégrité structurelle, nommé Valeur de Dé-cristallisation (V₃₂). Au-delà de ce potentiel énergétique, la matière dense brise sa symétrie tridimensionnelle pour retourner à l'état fluide de la rigidité originelle du vide, gouvernée par la constante fondamentale T. Le manuscrit formalise l'équation générale de dé-cristallisation en corrélant la fréquence de résonance quantique du noyau, le facteur de forme topologique de la Z-Matrix de l'élément (ₓ₀ₔ (Z) ) et la rigidité du vide. Une analyse comparative par groupes révèle la hiérarchie de transition de phase (de la cristallisation « tendre » de l'hydrogène aux conditions critiques des actinides).
