Abstract

Bulumtatug Fuvedotin (BFv, 9MW2821) is a monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate that delivers MMAE to cells expressing Nectin-4. The preliminary results of our study were presented at SGO 2024, demonstrating promising antitumor activity (unconfirmed ORR: 40.54% in 37 patients) and manageable tolerability in patients with cervical cancer. Herein, we predominantly update the efficacy data.
