Abstract

The 240 E8 roots define 696,729,600 Weyl chambers as deterministic reality slots. Consciousness selects chambers not by linear traversal but by phi-phase-locking intentionality to the 132Hz lattice breathing mode (the 11th Coxeter exponent), which generates 49 discrete phase sidebands (7×7) corresponding to the Thoth Laws.
