Abstract

The Front Cover shows the acid–base-controlled selective synthesis of 3,4-dihydroquinoxalinones and quinoxalinones through photoredox cascade cyclization of aryl diazoacetates with o-phenylenediamines. The red and blue colors symbolize the reaction pathway environments under acidic and basic conditions, respectively, and the ambient molecular oxygen represents an environmentally benign oxidant for the synthesis of quinoxalinone derivatives.
