R-layer Mode Theory X develops the quantization and observational predictions of the R-layer framework. Building on the unified structure established in Volumes I–IX, this volume formulates the quantum theory of the mode field and its internal bound states, analyzes the quantum stability of the wall network, and derives phenomenological consequences across cosmology, astrophysics, and particle physics. Observable signatures include CMB anomalies, large-scale structure patterns, weak gravitational lensing by walls, MOND-like galactic rotation curves, and generation-structure relations in particle physics. This Version 2 update adds the section “Declaration of Generative AI and AI-assisted Technologies in the Writing Process” and includes minor textual corrections, without altering the scientific content.
