Abstract

Research Programs Within Identity-Based Emotional Epistemology (IBEE®) establishes the organizational framework through which sustained lines of inquiry are governed within the discipline. Positioned between the constitutional authority of the White Papers and the developmental observations preserved in the Field Notes, Research Programs define bounded families of phenomena, articulate central research questions, establish scope and exclusions, and organize cumulative scholarly development without altering the foundational doctrine of IBEE®. This paper distinguishes the constitutional role of the discipline from the organizational role of Research Programs and introduces the governance architecture through which future programs inherit from, and remain accountable to, the constitutional framework of IBEE®. As the first publication in the Research Program series, RP-00 establishes the principles governing the creation, organization, and development of research programs across the discipline and provides the structural foundation for subsequent programmatic inquiries.
