Research on Innovation and Practice Path of Collaborative Mechanism of College Student Management from the Perspective of "Three-round Education"

The concept of "three complete education" puts forward new requirements for systematic coordination of college student management.Under the guidance of system theory and organization synergy theory, this paper constructs a collaborative management analysis framework to sort out the problems of structure fragmentation, responsibility intersection and process fracture existing in current management.Through case analysis and path refinement, this paper puts forward the mechanism innovation idea with organization restructuring, system collaboration and data platform integration as the core, and constructs the "1234" collaboration model, which covers platform support, system linkage, subject collaboration and feedback closed loop.The research shows that the construction of systematic coordination mechanism can effectively promote the transformation of student management from transaction type to education type, and improve the governance efficiency and education quality.
