In PSS (Product-Service System) design, it is essential to capture the diversity and complexity of customer needs and reconstruct them as value. However, existing research lacks a systematic understanding of the cyclical structure between needs and value. To address this gap, this study proposes a five-step support framework encompassing need elicitation, visualization of value perception, and design reflection based on acceptance levels. Furthermore, the framework integrates consistency analysis with corporate resources and a satisfaction evaluation model, enabling quantitative assessment of value structures and acceptance impact. The proposed method demonstrated its effectiveness in facilitating customer-centered value creation within PSS design.
