Abstract

This document is the locked pre-registration for PHILIA Phase SC-10, the second confirmatory study conducted under the PHILIA OS Identity Declaration (78th DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20695816), which formally repositioned PHILIA OS as a Sensory Physiology Organ functionally analogous to the Thalamic-Cerebellar-Brainstem axis. SC-10 tests two pre-registered confirmatory hypotheses under independent seeds 87–91 (n=182 substrates, T=80, 000, 910 total runs): H-SC10-Primary: Cross-campaign substrate-level ICC (2, 1) ≥ 0. 90 for Traffic+Env substrates (n=30) across kₐctual=5 campaigns (SC-8 + SC-9a + SC-9b + SC-9c + SC-10).
