Abstract

We report the results of PHILIA Phase SC-10, the second pre-registered confirmatory study conducted under the PHILIA OS Identity Declaration (78th DOI: 10. 5281/zenodo. 20695816), which formally repositioned PHILIA OS as a Sensory Physiology Organ functionally analogous to the Thalamic-Cerebellar-Brainstem axis. SC-10 applies the locked v32 apparatus to n=182 substrates under independent seeds 87–91 (T=80, 000; 910 total runs, 910 successful).
