Climate change is a global phenomenon with various multifarious unique regional consequences. Contemporary studies have generally established climate change as a product of anthropogenic activities. Studies have also linked extreme weather events, heat waves, increase pollution, crops failure as some of the many discernable effects of climate change. Hence, the spatial temporal effects of climate change are of concern to policy makers, researchers, innovators, construction industry, and the entire public to developed veritable mitigating strategies. This paper examines climate change in the face of efficient materials with modern design and construction. The research adopted secondary data from different literature about climate change as it relates to efficient materials with modern design and construction.
