Design of a hybrid microwave unit improves product quality and reduces energy costs in synthetic fiber production.
The article presents an original design of a hybrid microwave electrotechnological unit for processing polycaproamide threads. Two versions of the unit are considered. The hybrid microwave unit is an innovative technology for processing polyamide threads, providing a number of advantages over traditional heat treatment methods. The advantages of the technology are high process speed, energy savings, improved product quality, environmental friendliness, and automation of production. The hybrid microwave electrotechnological unit is used in the production of various types of synthetic fibers, including polycaproamide threads used in the textile industry and the manufacture of technical materials. The unit effectively solves the problems of improving the quality of products, reducing the production cycle and reducing energy costs. The use of a hybrid microwave unit is a promising direction in the development of polymer processing technologies, contributing to an increase in the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers.
