Observational findings reveal a faint o iii-emitting structure near the globular cluster NGC 3201, suggesting further investigation is warranted.
We report the possible detection of a faint, previously undocumented O iii -emitting nebular structure in the vicinity of the globular cluster NGC 3201. The structure was observed during a deep-sky imaging campaign, with a total exposure time of over 65 hr. The emission appears elongated and filamentary, with clear enhancement in the O iii band. While its physical nature remains undetermined, we publish this finding to invite further investigation from the community.
