In the context of rapid technological advancement and evolving standards of medical care, the professional development of physicians and nurses has become a key factor in ensuring the quality of healthcare services. The aim of the article was to demonstrate the experience and analysis of statistical data on participation in continuing professional development (CPD) programs by the staff of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Pulmonology Scientific Research Institute” under the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of the Russian Federation. Conclusion. The study identifies key barriers and enabling factors affecting the learning and offers practical recommendations for optimizing professional development systems at the institutional level.
