This article discusses cybersecurity in public services during digitalization, highlighting transparency issues.
The development of information and communication technologies is gaining momentum in our current life, their implementation in all life spheres and the digitalization of public life is an inevitable process that is inherent in the work of a significant number of life spheres, including the social one. At the same time, the issue of protecting information and data of recipients of public services – both social and administrative services of a social nature – arises, and at the same time there is a need to adhere to the principle of transparency of the social sphere bodies' work, which complicates the task of guaranteeing cybersecurity due to the impossibility of "closing" all information that enters the social sphere. The article attempts to consider this contradiction.
