Analysis shows how dispersive length influences signal characteristics in spectral confocal interferometry, suggesting design optimizations.
In spectral confocal interferometry technique, the performance parameters of dispersive objective lenses exert significant influence on signal characteristics, which in turn affect the measurement performance of the system. To gain comprehensive understanding of spectral confocal interferometry and enrich its theoretical foundation, this paper simulates the generation of spectral confocal interference signals and discusses the impact of dispersive length of objective lenses on these signals. The analysis of dispersive length provides a basis for optimizing the design of dispersive objective lenses, thereby further enhancing the signal contrast of the measurement system.
