Adaptive control improves thrust and flux ripple in direct thrust force control of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors.
The permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is susceptible to parameter time-varying, and the direct thrust force control (DTFC) system of PMLSM, and the thrust ripple and flux ripple are large. In order to improve the control accuracy of the DTFC system, this thesis combines the thrust and flux linkage hysteresis controllers in the DTFC system into a control loop, and uses the compact form dynamic linearization-model free adaptive control (CFDL-MFAC) algorithm based on tight format dynamic linearization to optimize the combined control loop. The results showed that it does not greatly reduce the thrust fluctuation and flux ripple.
