Experimental analysis demonstrates superior photonic resonance in conjugated topological photonic resonators, indicating robust light transport capabilities.
An original conjugated topological photonic resonator (CTPR) is presented, which has not only excellent photonic resonance but also ultra-high performances, such as high-quality factor (high-Q) and complete transmission. This extraordinary photonic resonator can address the technical bottleneck of typical topological photonic resonators, which can only achieve robust light transport without maintaining high performance. The design, fabrication, and measurement of CTPR are also experimentally demonstrated in this article. It is expected that CTPR is highly promising for applications in next-generation optical microsystems.
