Analysis of stress and deformation in lifting points reveals safety compliance in a steel structure corridor.
The load conditions of lifting points during the hoisting process of large-span corridors significantly impact construction safety. This study focuses on the brackets and supports involved in the hoisting process of the upper corridor in Zone C of the CCCC South Headquarters. Considering the most unfavorable conditions during lifting, the stress and deformation of the brackets and support structures were analyzed using the MIDAS/FEA finite element analysis software. The results indicate that the maximum deformation of the upper lifting point bracket is 1.77 mm, with a maximum nodal stress of 239.4 MPa, while the lower lifting point bracket experiences a maximum deformation of 1.49 mm and a maximum nodal stress of 201.4 MPa. Both meet the strength and stiffness requirements. The maximum deformation of the lifting platform support structure is 1.35 mm, with a maximum stress of 56.49 N/mm 2 and a peak stress ratio of 0.23, all conforming to design specifications. This study provides a valuable reference for similar steel corridor hoisting projects.
