In this paper, we study the domains c0 (FL,E)and c (FL,E)of the matrix, involving Fibonacci and Lucas numbers, in the spaces c0 and c, respectively. Apart from some basic topological properties, we give the Schauder basis for them. As well, we determine the ??, ??, ??duals and characterize certain matrix classes related to these spaces.
