Assessment methods enhance career development impacts and student engagement across disciplines, suggesting effective resource usage.
Due to scalability and resource constraints, career development efforts at a large higher education institution (10,000 students or more) can be intimidating to implement and assess. This article focuses on assessment questions and methods that can be practically implemented in strategic efforts to collect and use critical data related to career development, experiential learning, and post-graduation outcomes.
