Research explores strategies to optimize 66 kV bus voltage, enhancing efficiency and reliability in power systems.
In power systems, busbar voltage is a direct reflection of power quality and directly affects the efficiency of power generation, transmission, and utilization equipment, training an acceptable voltage level is a key factor to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, the reliability of power supply to users, and the improvement of energy efficiency, low 66 kV busbar voltage can cause many hazards, such as overheating of induction motors, flickering of lighting equipment, and increased power losses. As the hub of the regional power grid, the 66 kV busbar undertakes dual functions of power distribution and voltage support. According to national standards, the allowable deviation range of 6kV busbar voltage is from -3 % to 7 % of the rated voltage.
