Modeling and simulation improve power quality in grid-connected inverters, suggesting better integration with renewable energy.
The significant increase in new energy installed capacity has highlighted the contradiction with grid absorption capacity. Electrolytic water-based green hydrogen production provides a promising solution for integrating and consuming renewable energy. This paper presents the modeling and simulation of a grid-connected inverter for the electrolyzer, consisting of a 24-pulse uncontrolled rectifier (24-UR) and a stacked interleaved buck converter (SIBC). This study describes the power quality characteristics at the grid connection point, providing a reference for engineering design.
