In international relations, the idea of systemicity stems from the fact that states strive to exist and recognize the legitimacy of each other's interests in order to guarantee strategic stability. This mutual aspiration leads to the interdependence of states and the need for theoretical and legal regulation of the fundamental aspects of diplomatic activities. This article aims to further develop the theory of diplomacy and focuses on one of its central issues related to the concept of "diplomatic system".
