Proposed calculations assess stresses in cylindrical products using anisotropic viscoplastic models, suggesting insights for material deformation.
Relations for calculating stresses during extraction with heating of a cylindrical product without wall thinning are proposed. The material in the area of deformations is assumed to be anisotropic, viscoplastic. The Laplace equilibrium equation and the Mises-Hill flow law for the plane-stressed state of material are used. Stresses in the deformation region are represented as resolution functions depending on the parameter. The calculated results are given.
