Observational analysis shows increased safety in wastewater treatment facilities of textile enterprises, indicating reduced environmental impact.
The results of studies on the actual problem of reducing the degree of impact of wastewater in the activities of industrial enterprises that have an anthropogenic impact in order to ensure the stability of the operation of sewage treatment facilities and environmental protection, as well as the development of organizational and technical solutions aimed at preventing the occurrence of fire and explosion hazardous situations are presented. About 2/3 of water resources in the CIS, including Kazakhstan, do not meet sanitary and hygienic requirements. Water sources are the most vulnerable to pollution by various toxic substances, which have a negative impact on the safety of the treatment facilities of an industrial enterprise and worsen the quality of natural water. Currently, textile enterprises are sources of environmental pollution, namely surface and groundwater. Technological schemes of treatment of waste water of textile enterprises with special chemicals are considered. Disclosed is a method of reducing concentration of pollutants in waste water of an enterprise based on combining waste from different process lines for stable operation of treatment facilities and preservation of the natural environment.
