Teachers play a vital role in the educational system. They have the big influence on the development and success of an individual as well as the community. They do not limit themselves in imparting knowledge alone but also enhancing a sense of efficiency and competency. Due to the demands of the many responsibilities of teachers some teachers, seem too highly stressed. Thus, the researcher conducted this study determine the level of stress, stress management and their well-being among the respondents’ in Pangantucan National High School and Bacusanon National High School, Division of Bukidnon for SY. 2019-2020. A total of 107 teachers served as the respondents of the study. The researcher adapted and modified the questionnaire. The study utilized a descriptive research design. Frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation percentage and Pearson Correlation were used to describe the variables of this study and its relationship. The result revealed that teachers were slightly stressed in all indicators on the level of stress however, their level of stress management were moderately managed. Moreover, inspite of the presence of stress, their well-being is still high. In addition, it was shown that there is significant relationship between the respondents’ level of stress and their stress management, except for the environmental factors with respect to physical activity. There is also a positively strong relationship between the variables on respondents’ level of stress, stress management and their well-being. Therefore, it is highly recommended to increase their level of stress management and their well-being while minimizing their stress. School district supervisor should conduct annual monitoring of teacher’s well-being in terms of economic status to increase their financial capabilities, school administrators should conduct stress management seminar to lessen the burden of teachers and invite some DepEd teachers to facilitate teacher’s physical activities as management of stress.
