This analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of an extended LADM framework for integrating sustainability parameters, highlighting gender equality and informal tenure.
Effective Land Administration Systems (LASs) underpin economic stability, social equity, and environmental sustainability by accurately managing land-related rights, restrictions, and responsibilities. Existing models, notably the ISO-standard Land Administration Domain Model (LADM), lack comprehensive integration of global sustainability parameters. This study addresses this by proposing and validating an extended LADM framework incorporating gender equality, indigenous rights, informal tenure, valuation, and taxation. Using Design Science Research, we demonstrate its practicality through implementation in PostgreSQL/PostGIS, focusing on Indonesia as a case study. Results confirm the extended framework's effectiveness, enabling inclusive and sustainable land governance, with future potential for technological integration.
