Background: This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to increase understanding and adoption of the WebPos digital financial recording system for business actors in Mulyaharja Ecotourism Village, Bogor. Low digital literacy and limited access to technology are the main obstacles in managing the finances of micro and small businesses in this region. By implementing WebPos, it is hoped that business actors can increase efficiency and transparency in recording their transactions. Method: This activity is carried out through outreach, training, and technical assistance approaches. The training was conducted directly using a participatory method, where participants practiced using WebPos to record daily transactions. Evaluation was performed using a pre-test and post-test, direct observation, and interviews with participants to assess the program's effectiveness. Results: The activity's results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in using the WebPos system. Business actors who initially relied on manual recording are now more accustomed to using digital systems. However, several obstacles remain in adapting technology, particularly regarding access to adequate devices and stable internet connections. Conclusion: The implementation of WebPos has been proven to enhance the efficiency of transaction recording and financial transparency for business actors in Mulyaharja Village. Although there are still challenges in adapting technology, ongoing assistance and support from various parties is needed to ensure continued digitalization in the ecotourism sector.
