Through the Health and Care Act 2022, the NHS embedded net-zero and environmental targets into legislation. The NHS long-term plan strives for sustainable transformation by lobbying the Greener NHS campaign. As we embrace AI in healthcare, it is timely to ask: How “green” is AI? Herein, we highlight three considerations for integrating AI into dermatology in a climate-conscious manner.
