Analysis reveals significant vibration reduction from anti-resonance design in feed water pump systems, suggesting engineering feasibility.
Taking the feed water pump base in a thermal power plant as the vibration isolation object, the design of the feed water pump base vibration isolation system is carried out. An anti-resonance vibration isolation scheme for the base is designed through anti-resonance calculation, and a dynamic model of the feed water pump vibration isolation system is established based on the designed scheme. The amplitude of the anti-resonance vibration isolation base under various frequencies is verified through harmonic response analysis, and a comparative analysis is conducted with the vibration amplitude results of a conventional base. The results indicate that the anti-resonance vibration isolation base has a significant vibration reduction effect, verifying the feasibility of the anti-resonance structural design for the feed water pump base. This study can provide technical support for the application of the anti-resonance vibration isolation system for feed water pumps in engineering projects.
