Investigation of corrosion and wear impacts on low-temperature economizers, suggesting prevention measures for efficiency.
The heat exchange tube bundle leakage and ash plugging caused by corrosion and wear of low-temperature economizers are investigated in this study. Based on a review of previous works on this topic, we study the wear and corrosion leakage mechanism of low-temperature economizers. This study puts forward targeted suggestions from the process of engineering design, operation control, maintenance supervision, and technical transformation of low-temperature economizers, forms a systematic solution, and gives a typical case introduction of engineering applications, providing a reference for relevant power generation companies to choose appropriate prevention and control measures and technical routes.
