A systematic approach to the mathematical description of the complex multi-link elastomer compositesmanufacturing process, which allows taking into account the concentration dependences of the chemical reaction is considered. Based on the chemical reaction during vulcanization, a kinetic scheme of the elastomer composites manufacturing process, which underlies the derivation of the main functional dependence for the mathematical description of the vulcanization process, is proposed.
