This framework improves sustainability indicators like energy efficiency in building design, highlighting multi-dimensional analysis.
As the global construction industry moves toward sustainable development, the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to promote green building design is gaining attention. However, existing research primarily focuses on single-dimensional performance prediction, lacking comprehensive optimization across multiple dimensions and the entire lifecycle. This study aims to construct a machine learningbased BIM intelligent analysis framework that enhances multi-dimensional feature extraction and fusion to support sustainability in architectural design. Based on a case study of the teaching building at Suzhou Science and Technology City Experimental Middle School, results show that the framework significantly improves sustainability indicators such as energy efficiency and environmental comfort. This study offers a new technological path for intelligent sustainable building design and holds important academic value.
