Study shows increased morbidity due to pollution in adults, highlighting the role of activated waste and heavy metals.
In our study, the indicators of ecologically unfavorable zones should be compared with similar data from control areas where they are most favorable. In accordance with the statistical system, it is possible to plot the dependence of the morbidity of the population on the environment by multiplying the absolute morbidity rates per 100000 population and dividing by the number of people living in this area this year. The most polluted area was the Kazygurt microdistrict, located next to the lead plant, and the control area was the Kaytpas microdistrict. Let's consider the main diseases in which the greatest share falls on the overall structure of the disease. In the general structure of the morbidity of the adult population in the studied localities, respiratory diseases come out on top. Since 2015, there has been a sharp increase in the incidence of pneumonia, bronchitis, vasomotor and allergic rhinitis in adults. It was found that this is due to high pollution of the environment with compounds of lead and other heavy metals.
